- At least 5 to 10 years of experience as a probate paralegal.
- Thorough knowledge of estate and trust administration.
- Prefer knowledge of related fiduciary accounting and tax concepts including experience assisting in the preparation of federal estate and federal gift tax returns.
- Florida Registered Paralegal.
- Good organizational skills.
