We're Hiring: Process Engineer in High Point, NC (Night shift)

(12 hours)

Join our team in a technical role focused on optimizing manufacturing efficiency and product quality . The Process Engineer will work on initiatives that reduce costs, improve process reliability, and drive technology integration.

You’ll collaborate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams , and interface with equipment suppliers to implement enhancements and support strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead continuous improvement efforts in manufacturing processes
• Ensure process consistency and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Support implementation of new technologies and upgrades
• Participate in cross-functional and project committees

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Experience working with production and technical teams
• Knowledge of extrusion processes is a plus
• Bilingual (basic Spanish) is a plus

IT Skills:

• Microsoft Project tools
• Excel, Minitab, or R for statistical analysis and reporting
• ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Office
