Position Overview:
- Providing plant leadership for manufacturing control strategies
- Developing capital authorization requests and managing capital projects
- Utilizing Six Sigma and TQM tools to enhance productivity and reduce scrap
- Developing improvement action plans based on the audits and managing the implementation of those plans
- Provide support to the production and maintenance departments within the plant.
Requirements:
- a four-year degree, preferably in the sciences or engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Good communication and technical sills
- Plastics experience
- Good business and technical skills.
