🔎 Role – Professional Liability Defense Associate
• Manage all phases of professional liability litigation, including case strategy, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation, with a focus on defending lawyers.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic insights to clients and senior attorneys.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, delivering efficient and effective defense solutions.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve defense verdicts and uphold the reputation of legal professionals.
👓 Requirements
✔️ Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
✔️ Licensed to practice in California
✔️ 3–10 years practicing Litigation, ideally in Professional Liability Defense
✔️ On-site presence in Encino office
