Must Have:

Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Project Management tools.
Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations.
Proven experience managing Industrial Ventilation and/or Pneumatic Conveying projects.
Hands-on involvement with CAD design review, pricing, and component ordering.
Strong working knowledge of fluid power and/or air flow dynamics.
Effective Communication: Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with foremen, customers, OEM partners, and the CEO to ensure project success and seamless logistics coordination.
Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of industrial ventilation concepts and engineering tools such as Inventor and Revit for project design and execution.
Team-Oriented Mindset: Strong collaboration skills with a focus on fostering teamwork and building effective relationships to drive project outcomes.
