🔧 Project Manager | Data Centers | Electrical Construction
📍 Dallas, TX: Travel Required | 💼 Full-Time
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple electrical construction projects ranging from $3.5M to $5M annually.
You’ll be responsible for managing all phases of project execution, from pre-construction planning to final delivery, while ensuring financial success, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead 3–5 active projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Ensure safety, quality, and financial targets are met
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and client communications
- Develop project execution plans and manage documentation
- Mentor assistant PMs and project staff (10+ team members)
- Coordinate with GCs, vendors, and internal departments
- Forecast monthly financial performance and manage scope changes
🧰 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of successful electrical construction project experience
- Proficient in Viewpoint, ACCUBID, Bluebeam, MS Office
- OSHA 30 required; PMP certification preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Willing to travel (With some overnight stays)
🎁 Compensation & Benefits
💰 Salary Range: $105,000 – $155,000 DOE
