TLC House & Pet Sitting Service in Chandler, Arizona, is seeking experienced and reliable adults to join our team. We offer part-time opportunities for overnight stays, dog walking, and vacation visits, with flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle.
This is a great opportunity for retirees, teachers, graduate students, or remote workers seeking extra income. Work mornings, mid-days, evenings, or overnights — your choice! You'll also be part of a supportive local team.
As an independent contractor, you'll provide trusted, high-quality care to pets and excellent service to clients. Prior pet care experience and a genuine love for animals are essential.

Time of Day & Services offered: Based on your availability.

Daily visits: Day visits: (6 am-9 am, 11 am-2 pm, 3 pm-5 pm) evenings ( 5 pm -8 pm) (visits range from 15 minutes to 60 minutes) weekends and holidays

Overnight visits: 7 pm -7 am

Requirements
*
Previous pet sitting, animal care, or related experience preferred
*
Strong understanding of pet behavior and care needs
*
Excellent communication and customer service skills
*
Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
*
Flexible availability: You choose mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
*
Reliable transportation to clients’ homes and for any required errands
*
Ability to pass a background check and provide references
*
Basic technology skills for communication and scheduling
Responsibilities
*
Provide exceptional care for pets during overnight stays and/ or vacation visits
*
Follow detailed care instructions to maintain pets’ regular routines
*
Administer medications and adhere to special dietary requirements if needed
*
Engage pets with playtime, walks, and affection
*
Maintain cleanliness by handling minor housekeeping tasks (cleaning up after pets, washing pet dishes)
*
Provide regular updates, including photos, to pet owners
*
Report any concerns or emergencies to both TLC and the pet owner
*
Ensure the safety and security of both pets and clients’ homes
*
Uphold company policies, including maintaining client confidentiality
