Responsibilities:This position is located within the George W. Hill Correctional Facility.
Build a professional one-on-one working relationship with participants to aid in eliminating challenges that are hindrances to obtaining and retaining employment
Provide Career Coaching including the completion of the Family Assessment, Individual Employment Plan (IEP), and Career Mapping to enrolled participants
Responsible for participation tracking and monitoring data entry into CWDS in accordance with activity codes and barrier identification and resolution
Promote PA CareerLink services and other training provider services to participant
Qualifications:Education and Experience Requirements
Ability to prioritize tasks and document visits and contacts
Demonstrated telephone, computer and written communication skills
Ability to maintain flexibility as needs of contract or contractor require
College Degree or equivalent experience required
Customer service experience preferred
A working knowledge of MS Office
Driver's license and reliable transportation required
