Responsibilities •Commercial Lead generation
•Commercial lead follow-up
•CRM and database mastery
•Follow the plan
•Nurture in-house agents and teams for referrals
•Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients
•Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client
•Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision
•Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction
•Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
Qualifications •
A real estate license is required •Commission opportunity

•Must live within daily driving distance of the office
•Must have working rights in the USA
•Some knowledge of marketing and advertising
•Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
•Excellent communication and negotiating skills
