Our office is home to PostureWorks, an advanced spinal rehab and physical wellness center, and NutraWorks, our nutritional coaching department. We have brought the best in physical rehab, postural correction, & nutritional and behavioral coaching under one roof. - Effective decision making skills taking into consideration both quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions
- A willingness to resolve the challenging client/ patient situations with grace and professionalism while supporting your team

- Strong decision making skills with the ability to think end-to-end from both the client/ patient and business perspective in mind
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact, influence, and align with all levels of the organization internally and externally
Your opportunities:
Your role will include (but is not limited to) the following and both your personal and professional growth are encouraged as we support your role within our team:
- Work directly with our doctors to create excellent and positive patient experiences
- Support and motivate patients as they progress through goal oriented spinal rehabilitation and strengthening programs, nutrition programs, or exercise classes
- Assistant patients with prescribed treatment plans and exercises
- Performing evaluations and assessments for patient treatment
- Review patient x-rays and special imaging
- Schedule and track appointments for the Nutrition and Spinal Rehab/ Chiropractic Department
- Learn how to interpret and review insurance and present financial plans
