The ideal HVAC Dispatcher: - Manage the schedule and needs of HVAC Technicians in the field
- Relay accurate information to technicians to ensure proficient and provide a quality customer experience
- Record the results of each service call and create report summaries for senior management
- Professional behavior that establishes customer rapport, encouraging repeat business
- Willingness to always go above and beyond with customer service
- Maintains company core values in each work environment – positivity, respect, integrity, and commitment.
- Self-motivated and willing to teach and motivate helpers, peers, and fellow technicians.

Requirements for HVAC Dispatcher – (included, but not limited to):
- Meet daily revenue and sold-hour goals by prioritizing the most urgent and profitable calls
- Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote the brand
- Participate in training to boost sales and ensure quick, accurate dispatch of incoming orders
- Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress
- Reconcile hours worked vs hours charged per technician on a weekly basis
- Input data and maintain active logs to track the number of calls, activities, and other relevant information
- When needed, help our call center answer incoming customer calls
