Job Description
ATI Restoration is hiring a Project Director to lead large-loss residential and commercial restoration projects (fire, water, mold). This role manages the full project lifecycle — from estimating and budgeting to subcontractor oversight, customer communication, and collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage restoration projects from start to closeout
- Write and manage Xactimate estimates ($100K–$300K+)
- Oversee budgets, billing terms, and collections
- Coordinate with PMs, adjusters, subcontractors, and clients
- Ensure job quality, documentation, and compliance
- Mentor Estimators (for Senior/Executive PDs)
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of disaster restoration experience
- 3+ years as a Project Manager or Estimator
- Strong experience with Xactimate (certification preferred, not required)
- Proven track record managing residential large-loss
- Familiar with TPA programs, job walks, and change orders
Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: $75,000–$90,000
- Quarterly Bonus Plan
