• Manage delinquent accounts with professionalism and persistence
• Investigate and process product claims
• Support risk audits and internal process improvements

✔️ What You Bring:

• 1–2 years in credit, collections, or claims resolution
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a must
