Job Brief: The RN Nurse Manager Mother Baby/Obstetrics role at Tarzana, CA. This is is a full-time leadership position overseeing the Mother Baby unit. The Nurse Manager will lead clinical staff, ensure superior patient care, and drive operational excellence in the postpartum and labor & delivery units.
Must-Have Skills: - Active California Registered Nurse License
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- 2+ years of direct RN clinical experience in Postpartum and/or Labor & Delivery (L&D) in a hospital setting
- 1+ year of RN experience in an acute care/hospital setting (excluding training/clinical rotations)
- Experience in a leadership role (Nurse Manager or Assistant Nurse Manager) within OB, Postpartum, or L&D
