Qualifications

- Computer proficiency; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), PLM (Product Life Management) system
- Great Fashion sense and aware of newest fashion trends
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Apparel Industry
Responsibilities
- As the Sample Coordinator, your job is facilitating the processing, tracking, organization, and shipment of all samples across multiple categories
- Sample gatekeeper, manage inventory and organization of samples, packing/unpacking, archiving dated samples
- Manage internal tracking system for real time status of samples, from order to delivery across Departments and through final archiving
- Follow up on any missing samples via email with domestic / overseas suppliers
- Constant communication with our domestic / overseas suppliers to ensure on time delivery of samples
- Pull and package samples for photoshoots as needed, influencer moments, and PR needs
- Organize in house sample racks and showroom closet
