Previous work as a SM or PM for Data Platform teams Key Skill(s): Good communicator, both written and verbal Well organized Attention to detail Visionary - One that can piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at hand Key Technology /Certification(s): None Required SAFe certified a plus ADO experience a plus Key Responsibilities: Manage product backlog with the help of the team POs and BAs Keep ADO boards up to date and stories tied to dependencies Update status reports on team progress against PI objectives Facilitate Scrum ceremonies in SAFe Eliminate impediments for the team, escalate when necessary Protect the team from outside demands/work not scheduled in their Iteration/increment
