Job Description
Shift Details:
- Shift Length: 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) Days OR nights any one
- Pay Rate: $22/hr (for the first 8 hours, on W2)
Overtime Rate: $33/hr (for the remaining 4 hours, on W2)

Sharp Memorial Hospital – San Diego, CA
Sharp Grossmont Hospital – La Mesa, CA
Sharp Mesa Vista Hospital – San Diego, CA
Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women & Newborns – San Diego, CA
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and secure entry and exit points
- Conduct regular patrols within designated facilities
- Ensure the safety of personnel, visitors, and property
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies
- Maintain clear records and follow protocols for incident reporting
