Senior Director, Technical Operations - Biologics Drug Substance Manufacturing
Hybrid Role in South San Francisco, CA (3x per week onsite)
Meet has partnered with a clinical-stage biotech that is looking for a Senior Director of Tech Ops to join their team. This position will be reporting into the company's VP of Tech Ops and will be leading Drug Substance manufacturing (monoclonal antibody) in an outsourced model.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical and operational lead for drug substance CDMO management, overseeing drug substance + manufacturing across clinical and commercial stages.
- Drive tech transfer and manufacturing site transfer activities from process development to GMP manufacturing at external partners.
- Lead DS development activities in support of regulatory filings (IND/BLA)
- Establish and monitor performance metrics for CDMO partners
Key Qualifications
- PhD/MS preferred, minimum 10+ years of relevant industry experience
- Experience with biologics manufacturing, specifically support monoclonal antibody production
- Experience supporting BLA filings + health authority interactions
- Proven leadership managing CDMO relationships and overseeing external manufacturing operations
