Role Description
This is a full time on site position for a Senior Loan Processor location: San Francisco Bayarea , Southern CA, New York Flushing with a hybrid work environment allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Loan Processor will be responsible for managing and processing loan documentation, underwriting loans, and ensuring accurate and timely loan processing. The role involves daily communication with clients, lending professionals, and support staff to facilitate smooth loan processing and approval.
Qualifications
Experience with Loan Documents and managing Loans
Expertise in Underwriting and Loan Processing
Strong Communication skills for client and team interactions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Previous experience in the mortgage industry is required, 2 years + processing experience under high production environment,
Certifications in mortgage processing or related fields are beneficial
bilingual in English, Chinese/Spanish is preferred
Multi tasking, fast learner
