Role Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of mechanical construction projects, with a strong focus on HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal systems. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.

- Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to maintain project momentum.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management.
- Proven leadership in delivering large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
