Job Description: Senior Recruiter

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to final offer.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing methods including networking job boards social media and direct outreach to attract top talent.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Analyze recruitment metrics and report on the efficiency of different sourcing strategies and processes.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Amazon’s presence in the marketplace.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to remain competitive.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role preferably in a corporate environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and decisionmaking abilities.
Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of requisitions while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.

35 years of recruitment experience preferably in a hightech or retail industry.
Experience with executivelevel recruitment is a plus.
Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
Proficient in sourcing and recruiting strategies including social media recruitment.
