**About Reserve Wine & Food**
Reserve Wine & Food (Reserve) opened in September of 2010. The centerpiece of Reserve is the 102 bottle cruvinet which houses bottles of wine and uses nitrogen to preserve wines for up to a six-week shelf life. Our goal at Reserve is to deliver a unique wine and food experience to our guests. We offer a menu that is sourced locally. We strive to find the best available, while highlighting the seasonality of our product. At Reserve, finding the perfect glass of wine to pair with our exemplary menu is the total experience.
**About the Position**
Reserve is looking for a full-time **Server** to work alongside our FOH team and perform tasks such as taking guest orders, serving food and beverages, answering questions about our menus, marking tables for a coursed menu, and performing all aspects of the guest experience. This position is part-time, hourly plus tips and reports to our Assistant General Manager.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Welcome guests to Reserve, answering questions about our menu, drinks, and local and seasonal ingredient sourcing.
* Take guest orders, ensuring food and beverages are delivered in an accurate and timely manner, anticipating any potential guest needs.
* Address customer questions and concerns or escalate to the appropriate staff.
* Ensure all individuals receive a guest-centric experience.
* Process payment and assist in resetting tables.
**Education and Experience**
* Previous experience as a server within a premier restaurant establishment
* Strong wine knowledge, Introductory (Level 1) Sommelier Certification, preferred
* Hardworking, passionate, communicative, and can easily take direction
* Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
* Possess a willingness to learn and grow
