- Schedule technician to service industrial/commercial equipment.
- Request parts and equipment for service assignments.
- Follow up on service reports and prepare for invoicing.
Requirements
- Experience with service scheduling, service coordination, or dispatching.
- Experience in a manufacturing or mechanical field.
- Experience with SAP or various ERP systems preferred.
- Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Capable of performing multiple tasks.
