We are seeking a skilled Carpenter. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and be comfortable working on construction sites. The Carpenter will be responsible for executing a range of construction and remodeling projects, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and code.
Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry tasks such as trim work, framing, drywall repairs, door hanging, and remodeling.
- Execute caulking and construction painting as needed for finishing touches.
- Lay tiles and assist with water damage restoration projects.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various carpentry applications.
- Construct concrete forms for foundations or other structures as required.
- Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential or commercial settings.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of trim work, caulking, door hanging, remodeling, tile laying, construction painting, water damage restoration, and concrete forming.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day.
