Job Description
Atlas Search is seeking a full-time Master Level Social Worker to conduct psychiatric and other assessments, as well as develop and implement person-centered treatment plans, and supportive services. Services are delivered through evidence-based client treatment practices. We intend for this position to develop into a full-time, permanent staff position, providing access to various company perks, benefits, and PTO.
- Assess clients’ substance abuse, health, mental health, and other care needs; recommend internal and external referrals
- Provide individual and group counseling
- Prepare psycho-socials
- Facilitate psycho-education groups in relapse prevention, health literacy, and navigating mental health and substance abuse systems, etc. for residents their family and/or support networks
- Provide Comprehensive Case Management services;
- Assist clients in improving and maintaining self-care, interpersonal, and vocational skills
- Assist clients in achieving housing stability
- Manage discharge planning; engage and support clients 90 days post discharge
- Manage client documentation, provide program narrative and/or statistical reports as needed
- Participate in ongoing QI and program evaluation activities
Qualifications:
- A Master’s Degree in Social Work
- 1 year experience in a shelter or residence
The base pay range for this position is $28 to $30 per hour. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of the offer.
