SOMMELIER

The Joyce – Modern American Brasserie | Miami Beach

Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Tips | Now Open & Expanding

The Joyce is an intimate 45-seat steakhouse located on the iconic Española Way in Miami Beach, offering a sleek and sultry fine dining experience. Led by Chef James Taylor, the restaurant presents a menu that blends American steakhouse classics with French brasserie influences, featuring crave-worthy steaks, chops, and burgers. The dimly lit, clandestine ambiance creates a refined and nostalgic setting, perfect for discerning diners. Thoughtfully curated cocktails and an extensive wine list complement the elevated cuisine, enhancing the overall dining experience. Whether for a romantic dinner or a sophisticated night out, The Joyce delivers an unforgettable blend of luxury, flavor, and old-school charm.

As our in-house wine expert, you’ll help lead our evolving beverage program and deliver an exceptional guest experience with warmth, insight, and style.
