Great opportunity to join our Recycle Guard team (part of Amwins) in Portsmouth, NH. This position is in-office, with a hybrid schedule once training is complete. Focus is on property, inland marine and umbrella for the recycle industry.
The Sr. Underwriter is responsible for reviewing pre-UW checklist, renewal account’s pre-underwriting and renewal emails sent from the associate underwriter, well prior to the weekly meeting.
Weekly reoccurring meetings with each associate underwriter to discuss renewal 90 days in advance of all renewals.
Advise and discuss approach to each renewal with AU in meeting.
Review renewal information provided by agent.
Review NB submissions within 48 hours of receipt.
Create proposal and quote NB by agent's need by date.
Seeking individuals with 3+ years of property and casualty underwriting experience.
