This is a full-time on-site role for a Steel Construction Foreman located in Glendale, AZ. The Steel Construction Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the construction of steel shade structures, coordinating with the team, inspecting work progress, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met on-site.

• Experience in working with Heavy Equipment
• Carpentry and Maintenance skills
• Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in steel construction is a plus
