Job Description
G&E Partners are currently representing a Top-20 ENR Ranked Commercial General Contractor with over $5B in annual revenue and a history spanning over 100 years.
With the start of a new project in north of Austin, they are seeking a Superintendent to join them on a large ground-up NDA data center estimated at $3B.
Responsibilities (not exhaustive):
- Working on-site, assisting Project Managers.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, and design teams to resolve field issues.
- Maintain safety and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Data Center construction on the GC side, including ground-up projects over $100M and projects exceeding 40 MW.
- Strong MEP background, particularly in the Electrical Divisions.
- Preferably experienced in self-perform concrete.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary up to $160k, potentially higher for exceptional candidates with particularly strong data center experience.
- Up to 25% annual bonus.
- Enrol into company ESOP.
- Per diem travel allowance up to $50k for non local applications.
