Title: SVP of Loan Operations & Administration

Location: Dallas, TX (just north of downtown)

Compensation: Up to 225k + Yearly Bonus

Requirements: 8+ Years in Loan Administration, Servicing, or Credit Ops | SBA Knowledge | Commercial Banking Experience | Leadership Skills | Familiarity with Core Banking Systems & Regulatory Compliance

Bonus Points: CRCM-Level Regulatory Familiarity | FIS or Similar Core Platform Experience | Background in Credit Policy or Risk Oversight

This is more than a back-office role, it’s a chance to drive strategic execution across loan servicing, SBA documentation, and administrative operations for a diverse and sophisticated commercial portfolio.

What You Will Need:

• 8+ years in loan operations, servicing, or credit administration
• Proficiency in the full post-closing loan servicing lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of commercial, multifamily, and residential notes, including payment processing, escrow management, covenant tracking, and borrower communications
• Strong understanding of SBA documentation, compliance, and regulatory standards
• Track record of team leadership and process improvement
• Familiarity with core banking systems; CRCM or regulatory experience is a plus
