First-timers accepted: No Level 1 Trauma experience-required Experience required:- Sterilization, Decontaminate and assembly/wrap SPT experience Types of cases (experience) preferred: Neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, ortho, Transplant, GYN National Certs REQ: CBSPD and/or IAHCSMM/HSPA BLS REQ: not required Local Radius: 50 miles Locals Accpeted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at $4 less than the posted rate RTO Restrictions: ALL RTO must be provided at time of submission. No RTO will be approved after contract is signed. Approval based on dept needs Guaranteed hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
