Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple, complex IT programs from initiation through completion, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.
- Define program goals, objectives, scope, and success criteria in alignment with business priorities.
- Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the successful delivery of individual projects within the program, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program and project success.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery.
- Proactively manage changes in program scope, schedule, and costs.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management and work with them to define solutions.
- Regularly report program status, risks, and issues to senior executives and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present clear, concise reports and presentations that convey progress, challenges, and results.
- Report project status for various programs in Corp IT and other cross functional areas.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in IT program or technical project management
- Proven experience managing large, cross-functional, and multi-disciplinary IT programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong background in managing both technical and non-technical teams, with experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and enterprise infrastructure.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, and Agile methodologies.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent preferred.
Must be a self-starter and have an understanding of a fast paced, ambiguous environment. Being able to ask the right questions and make forward progress with the cross functional IT team(s) will be crucial for this candidate.
