InnerSourced Solutions, Inc., located in Baltimore, MD, is a provider of comprehensive psychiatric rehabilitation services, outpatient therapy, addictions counseling, and medication management. Our program serves Maryland residents with Medicaid insurance, providing on-site, off-site, or remote sessions to develop, enhance, and promote optimal mental health and independent living skills. Our mission is to assist individuals in maintaining their independence in the community, reducing mental health symptoms, eradicating addictions, and minimizing inpatient hospitalizations.

This is a full-time Therapist role with a hybrid work arrangement. The Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic services in both school and home settings. The day-to-day tasks include treatment planning, social work, case management, psychology, and family therapy. The Therapist will work primarily in Baltimore, MD, with some flexibility for remote work.

• Treatment Planning, Social Work, and Case Management skills
• Knowledge of Psychology and Family Therapy
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Licensed or certified in relevant field (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
• Experience working in a school or home-based setting is preferred
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus
