About the Role:
IAI (Industrial Alloys Inc.) is seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our growing team of fabrication professionals. If you have a strong background in TIG welding and a passion for precision fabrication, we’d love to hear from you.
This is not a pipe welding role — we are a fabrication job shop focused on component fitting and custom metalwork.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform high-precision TIG welding on diverse fabrication projects.
- Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Maintain consistent quality and safety standards.
- Be available for full-time work, including occasional overtime.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of TIG welding experience.
- Strong fabrication and blueprint reading skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Fluent in English.
