Job Description My client is looking for a Tooling Project Manager involved in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within a tool manufacturing facility, ensuring they meet objectives, constraints, and maintain high stakeholder satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating team efforts and third-party suppliers to deliver projects on schedule, communicating risks and successes to stakeholders, and managing multiple projects concurrently while adhering to project management frameworks.
Knowledge | Experience | Skills - Bachelor's Degree in a technical/business field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in tool and die manufacturing, injection molding, or related industry; 2+ years in project management.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project, and Teams; experience with Smartsheet preferred.
- CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; fluent in English.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Lead and manage new tooling projects from start to finish.
- Develop project scope, assemble teams, and define deliverables and risks.
- Create and manage project plans using appropriate tools.
- Communicate project expectations, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project management frameworks and maintain documentation archives.
