We are seeking individuals eager to learn a variety of roles within our factory. We offer training on lathes, mills, cut-off saws, grinding machines, and other equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Learn to read and understand work orders and tooling requirements by reviewing the Shop Order.
· Gain experience in setting up machines and manufacturing aerospace parts.
· Receive cross-training on a range of secondary machines and equipment.
· Understand the workings of a factory environment.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area.
· Legible handwriting and the ability to read and write English effectively.
· Ability to keep the work area neat and clean.
· Adherence to all company safety rules to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
· Willingness to perform additional duties as required or directed.
