Role : Mid level / Junior level / Entry level Business Analyst

Location : Hybrid and Onsite (Anywhere in USA)

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

Work Authorization : OPT EAD , GC , GC EAD , US Citizen , and H4 EAD.

Experience Level : Various, from freshers to up to 5 years.

Salary : $21/hour to $30/hour, Remote, Hybrid, and On-site positions.

Employment Type : W2 Contract (Full Time)

What Youll Do :

• Dive into our business processes to find ways we can be better, faster, and smarter.
• Work with our awesome team to gather and document business requirements.
• Create project documentation that everyone loves because its clear and detailed.
• Use your data analysis skills to help us make great decisions.
• Be a part of the solution from start to finish.

What Youll Need :

• A degree in Business, IT, or something similar.
• Experience as a Business Analyst (or something pretty close).Great problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Top-notch communication skills (both written and verbal).
• You know your way around Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with business analysis tools is a plus.
• Some experience with data analysis and reporting.

Even Better If You Have :

• A masters degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.
