Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality air duct cleaning services with attention to detail
- Protect customer homes by preparing the work area with protective coverings
- Set up and tear down equipment, including hoses, vacuums, and specialized tools
- Thoroughly clean all vents, registers, and furnaces, ensuring everything is returned to its proper place
- Maintain company truck, equipment, and tools, keeping them clean and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and great communication
- Work safely and maintain a positive attitude
- Start work at 7:30 AM – morning people preferred
- Point system to hold all team members accountable.
Qualifications
- No prior experience needed
- HVAC or duct cleaning experience is a plus
- Positive, can-do attitude with problem solving critical thinking skills
- Mechanically inclined and physically capable of lifting 50-100 lbs
- Attention to detail – clean, organized, and professional
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Comfortable with heights and working on ladders
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and teammates
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test
- No felons
- Non-smokers only. Vape is fine
- No THC allowed on company time
- Must be comfortable around pets
