  • Recruit and retain exceptional talent: Design and execute strategies to attract and keep high-performing, values-aligned individuals.
  • Grow future leaders: Develop and manage leadership development programs that identify, train, and elevate talent from within.
  • Drive culture and engagement: Lead initiatives that enhance onboarding, career progression, employee experience, and engagement.
  • Ensure operational excellence: Oversee compensation, benefits, performance reviews, unemployment claims, documentation, and HR reporting to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Use data to inform decisions: Track key HR metrics—engagement, turnover, retention—and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Foster inclusion and belonging: Promote a culture where all team members feel valued, heard, and supported.
  • Stay proactive: Monitor employment law and HR best practices to ensure compliance and forward-thinking solutions.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • SHRM-SCP and/or SPHR certification strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in senior HR leadership, organizational development, and systems implementation
  • Strong proficiency with HRIS platforms (especially Paylocity), Microsoft Excel, and related tools
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, communication, and organizational skills
  • A people-first leadership style rooted in integrity, discretion, and humility
  • A collaborative, hands-on approach to building high-performing, mission-aligned teams
