Job Description
LA based 200 million DTC consumer products manufacturing company is hiring for a full-time Warehouse Manager and offering base salary + benefits. This role involves leading warehouse operations, including production scheduling, order fulfillment, inventory control, shipping, and custom printing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations: production scheduling, order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping logistics.
- Collaborate with the Print Manager and team to enhance small-volume, customized product printing processes.
- Lead, train, and evaluate a diverse team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities.
- Partner with internal departments to align operations with client needs and delivery timelines.
- Drive strategic improvements in production, warehouse, and logistics operations; report advancements and opportunities to management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in promotional printing.
- Strong expertise in customizable printing technologies.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
